The warrior has two shouts: Battle Shout increases his attack power whereas Commanding Shout increases the health of his party. Heroic Strike is a powerful attack which gets more powerful depending on the warriors' level and generates a lot of threat. The ability is used in between other attacks and is the most important skill of the MS warrior. It deals 100% weapon damage, wounds the target and decreases the effectiveness of healing spells on the target for 5 seconds by 50%. This spell is immediately in effect once you have spent a point in the right talent of the skill tree.
Sweeping Strikes is an instant spell that gives the warrior the ability to hit one additional target with each melee attack for 5 seconds. Cleave is also an attack with reach that deals damage to a target enemy and one additional target. Whirlwind attacks all adjacent enemies with a flurry of steel. With "Blade Storm" the warrior can attack all enemies that stand close to him by making automatic whirlwind attacks for the next 6 seconds. While attacking in this state, the warrior can perform no other actions other than to move but is unstoppable. Only zero hit points will make such a fighting machine stop slashing. These spells are best used for large hordes of enemies. Sweeping Strikes in combination with Cleave, Whirlwind and Blade Storm make the warrior a ticking time bomb.
The most important spell of the fury warrior is Bloodthirst. The ability does more damage depending on the warriors rank and additionally restores 0,6% of his maximal health for the next 5 attacks. Another nice skill is rampage, which increases the critical strike chance of melee and ranges attacks for the warrior's entire party by 5%, whenever the warrior scores a critical.
Since Wrath of the Lich King the Def Warrior has new spell in his repertoire that fans have long waited for: Shockwave. This spell sends out a shockwave in front of the warrior which does damage in a cone of 10 meters and stuns all enemies for 4 Seconds.
